Particularly useful low-cost images in which every elaborately decorated ceiling with its materials and the positions of the fixtures as well as the lighting reflected on the ceilings (hidden or not) are clearly visible. The images capture possible damage moisture cracks and anything else present on the ceilings at the time of Scanning and Photography. The Elevations are also accompanied by the relative heights of each level from the floor.

The Existing Condition Orthoimages contain all of the above information in which the elaborate plaster or watercolor decoration is now metrically rendered and can be accurately reproduced on plan. All color tones and textures of the materials and every detail present in the spaces at the time of scanning and photography are accurately rendered.
